PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CLAUSE

We hereby inform you that LLC “ReproLegal Solutions”, EDRPOU code: 45335746, registered address: 9, 2-ho Ukrainskoho Frontu Street, Cherkasy, 18035, Ukraine, Cherkasy Region, as the data controller, processes personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, and, where applicable, the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purpose of personal data processing: Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services, managing contractual relationships, maintaining accounting and tax records, sending informational messages, marketing materials (subject to separate consent), and complying with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
